KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Morningside men’s tennis more than doubled its program total for National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics All-Americans this season, as three Mustangs were named to this year’s list.

MOBILE, Ala. – For the second time in as many days, the Morningside men’s tennis team ventured into uncharted territory, as they became the first Great Plains Athletic Conference team, men’s or women’s, to ever reach the quarterfinals of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Tennis Championship following an upset of sixth-seeded Xavier, 4-3.
GREENWOOD, IND. – College Sports Communicators (CSC) revealed its list of Academic All-District honorees for men’s tennis yesterday. Morningside had three athletes listed in the release, as Jesse Gerth, Alexis Diaz, and Mathys Arnold all were recognized.

Dating back to the first match of the season, the Morningside men’s tennis team set two goals: return to the national tournament and win the first national tournament dual in program history.
