Morningside outshot the Lancers 33-3 on Saturday, including holding them to just one shot in the final 45 minutes.
Keyera Harmon and Melissa Tsatiris each scored twice in the win, and both strikers found the back of the net in both halves.
Tuva Hammarlund scored her fourth goal of the season at the 4-minute, 3-second mark. That goal was assisted by Keyera Harmon.

A flurry of second half scoring left Morningside on the short end of a 3-2 decision when the final whistle blew.
PAPILLION, NEB. – It took a 90-minute dogfight for the Mustangs and the Bellevue Bruins to emerge with a tie, as Morningside held Bellevue, who was receiving votes in the most recent National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics poll, to a scoreless draw.
SIOUX CITY, IOWA – The Mustangs added a tie to their record today as they outshot Grand View 16-2 under sunny skies at Elwood Olsen Stadium today.
The Morningside women’s soccer team also opened its season Monday with a win over Viterbo, 1-0.
