Morningside places eight on women's cross country scholar-athlete list

Morningside had eight athletes receive the scholar-athlete distinction this year, Courtney Sporrer, Emily Chicoine, Grace Lange, Monica Olson, Nicole Zuehl, Paige Padavich, Sarah Perez, and Taylor Sporrer.
In order to qualify for the NAIA scholar-athlete program, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5, appear on a sport's eligibility certificate, and have attended one full year at the current institution.
