YPSILANTI, Mich. — The Morningside University women’s golf team wrapped up its season Wednesday at the NAIA National Championships after missing the 36-hole team cut.
YPSILANTI, Mich. — The Morningside University women's golf team wrapped up its season Wednesday at the NAIA National Championships after missing the 36-hole team cut.
Kamryn Zuniga led the Mustangs with a two-round score of 158, highlighted by a first-round 76. Alysen Sander followed at 162 after improving by two strokes in the final round with an 80. Lucy Brown carded a 163, while Aidan Sander and Macy Button finished at 172 and 176, respectively.
As a team, Morningside totaled 655 strokes throughout the first 36 holes of the tournament.
