Castelan receives second All-America honor of collegiate career

KANSAS CITY, MO. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its All-America teams for the 2024 women's golf season today, naming Sofia Castelan a Third Team All-American for the second time in her collegiate career.

Castelan, a senior from Queretaro, Mexico, was also named this year's Great Plains Athletic Conference player of the year, marking the third consecutive time that she has claimed the honor, after claiming her third GPAC Championship individual medalist title in three seasons.
