Mustangs start season at tough SDSU Holiday
BROOKINGS, S.D. – Morningside’s first indoor meet of the season is in the books as they competed in the SDSU Holiday Open over the weekend.

Kadyn Cline was a top 10 runner in the 600-meters, placing eighth by running a time of 1:25.03. Chayton Rowe ran 1:28.81 in the event. Jack Kling was the top runner in his heat, and placed eighth in the 400, running 50.38. Davon Brees ran 52.14 in the event.
Austin McClain ran 7.51 and Adam Fillipi 7.61 for the Mustangs in the 60-meters. In the 200, McClain ran 23.98 and Fillipi 24.36.
The Mustangs aren't back in action again until the new year, when they head up to Dordt for the Dordt Indoor Open on January 13.
