Mustang men suffer season's first loss at Grinnell

The Mustangs started the match off on the right foot, as Winyou Asavaruangchai and Abhishek Mohapatra picked up an 8-3 doubles win. Grinnell's Pioneers took the remaining doubles draws, taking a 2-1 lead into singles play.
Gustav Sjoberg closed the gap as his no. 4 singles match checked in with a 6-3, 6-1 win. Skander Ben Abdallah then gave the Mustangs the lead in a 6-3, 6-3 win. The Pioneers would take the next three matches to secure the win before Mikhil Raja battled to a 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 victory via 8-6 tiebreaker.
Morningside is back at it today, playing William Woods at 1 p.m.
