FREMONT, NEB. – Book-ending the first event title of the 2022 Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships with the last one, Morningside University’s men’s relay quartet of junior J.R. Albers (Gillette, Wy.), senior James Camp (Brisbane, Australia), sophomore Joe Ciriaco (Papillion, Neb.) and junior Caleb Thomsen (Libertyville, Ill.) closed out a weekend for the history books Saturday, Feb. 5.
SAINT PETER, MINN. – Morningside competed in Gustavus Adolphus College's home pool this Saturday to make one last splash before Thanksgiving break. The women's team placed third in overall team scores with 429 points and the men's team placed second with 732 points.
SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Morningside continued its season, hosting its annual invitational, welcoming competition from Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas to the confines of the Hindman-Hobbs Center's six-lane pool. While the weather was cold and dreary outside, the times in the pool were hot, with competitors besting the pool's standing records and NAIA standards in several races.
