Kruse Leads Morningside Men to Seventh-Place Finish at Five Seasons Classic

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Morningside University men's bowling team finished seventh in a 16-team field over the weekend, totaling 8,359 pins across 45 games for a team average of 187.5.

Freshman Michael Kruse III led the Mustangs with a 30th-place finish, rolling 970 pins for a 194 average. Sandler Wiekamp followed close behind in 31st with 969 pins and a 193.8 average, while Hunter Noteboom placed 48th with 916 pins and a 185.7 average.

Morningside is off this week, but will return to action on Nov. 14 in the NAIA Invitational in Topeka, Kan.
