Morningside competes in Midwest Collegiate Championships
WAUWATOSA, WISC. – Morningside bowling opened its season as the men’s team competed in the Midwest Collegiate Championships last weekend. The Mustangs placed 38th out of 49 teams, rolling a team total of 8,459 pins.

Darren Stein led the Mustangs on the lanes, rolling a six-game total of 1,192 pins, averaging just under 199 per game.
Nick Philthilath followed, rolling a 1,082, with Josh Bern following with 969. Philthilath averaged 180.33 pins per game across the six games, with Bern at 193.8.
The Mustangs are back in action on October 29 and 30, competing in the Jayhawk Bowling Challenge.
