Bellamy, Chevalier join Sellon on All-America teams

WACO, Texas — Three Morningside football players on Thursday were named to the 2025 AFCA NAIA Coaches' All America Teams, including two on the third team.
Drew Sellon earned first-team honors, while quarterback Zack Chevalier was named onto the third team offense and senior linebacker Blake Bellamy on third-team defense.
Sellon led the Mustangs with 1,360 receiving yards on 77 catches this season and scored a career-high — and NAIA-leading — 18 touchdowns. His 123.6 receiving yards per game also rank No. 1 in the country.
Chevalier threw for 3,862 yards in 12 games this season, averaging 321.8 per game. He collected an NAIA-leading 42 touchdowns, and completed 276 passes (second in NAIA).
Bellamy was second among Mustangs defenders with 79.0 total tackles and tackles for loss with 9.0. The linebacker from Winterset, Iowa, was also one of eight Morningside athletes to garner at least one interception and led the Mustangs with two fumble recoveries.
