Norton takes second player of the week title

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Zach Norton has been selected the Great Plains Athletic Conference offensive player of the week for week no. 7 of the season. 

Norton, who received the same honor in week two of the season, had 196 receiving yards in this week's 59-7 victory. He accounted for two scores on 11 total catches, averaging 17.8 yards per catch.

This is the fourth week that a Mustang has received the offensive player of the week nod, with Norton and Joe Dolincheck each receiving it twice.

The Mustangs are back in action on Saturday, Oct. 22, taking on Mount Marty's Lancers at 1 p.m. in Yankton, S.D.
