Norton named Player of the Week

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – The second edition of the Great Plains Athletic Conference Player of the Week awards was announced today, with Morningside's Zach Norton taking the title for offensive players.

Norton's performance against Dordt included nine catches for 176 yards and three touchdowns. The junior from Sioux Falls, S.D. averaged 19.6 yards per catch, with a long of 52 yards.

Norton's offensive nod follows Joe Dolincheck and Isaac Pingel's awards from week one.
