Mustangs take top spot in virtual competition
SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Tonight marked a pair of first for the Mustang dance team, with Morningside competing in its first ever virtual competition. The next first came as the standings were revealed, as, for the second time this season, the Mustangs took the top spot in the field.
SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Tonight marked a pair of first for the Mustang dance team, with Morningside competing in its first ever virtual competition. The next first came as the standings were revealed, as, for the second time this season, the Mustangs took the top spot in the field.
Morningside is currently ranked no. 10 nationally, with the average of the year's scores contributing to the at-large selection process for the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Dance Championship.
The Mustangs take the floor on Friday, Feb. 8 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference championship, held in Crete, Neb. at Doane University.
