Bio
The 1954 North Central Conference champion in the javelin throw, Wally Krone went on to become a successful restaurant owner, and entrepreneur. Krone stayed in touch with his alma mater by serving on the Board of Directors for many years, and co-chairing various fundraising campaigns. He made the naming gift to build the Krone Advising Center on campus, and was among the college’s most generous benefactors.
